DepEd released guidelines for teachers and other education providers on how to use the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) for the incoming SY 2020-2021 amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
DepEd encourages contextualization in following the guidelines so MELCs are relevant to varying context of learners, schools, learning environment and support structures.
