DepEd launched DepEd TV as an answer to the current "new normal" in education due to the COVID-19 pandemic and part DepEd's long term plan to improve education quality in the Philippines.
DepEd TV is part of several learning modalities that will help public school students continue their studies today.
At least 130 episodes for all subjects from Kinder to Grade 12 will be shown every week and will be shown through free-to-air and digital TV channels and over live streaming.
On this DepEd TV episode, the topic "Modals" will be discussed which is included in module for English Grade 3.
This episode aims to help Grade 8 English students use modal verbs, nouns and adverbs appropriately.
